MDC Guaynabo Liquid Propane GAS FY 26

The Federal Bureau of Prisons Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, intends to issue solicitation 15B30625Q00000012 for the procurement of Liquid Propane Gas FY-2026. The NAICS code for this requirement is 221210. The contract Type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set aside restricted as to business size. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.

The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government by responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award.

The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer or, must be submitted to the address contained within the solicitation posting by 10:00 am eastern standard time with a due date of September 19, 2025.
