The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government by responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award.

The quote, signed by an individual authorized to bind the offer, must be submitted to the address contained within the solicitation posting by 10:00 am Atlantic Standard time with a due date of September 6, 2024.
