USP CANAAN 1st Qtr FY 2025 Bread

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart PA intends to issue solicitation 15B21525Q0000004, for the acquisition of BREAD items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery REQUIRED during the months of October, November, December 2024. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value.

The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical with past performance far more important than price and technical. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 4, 2024 and will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website.
