In response to the above-mentioned solicitation, 32 responses were received from small businesses. The winning price quotes are listed under the vendor by line item as listed in the request for quote solicitation. This is only a result of the items from the abstract from 4th Qtr. FY2024 and not a contract. Purchases in the amount of $10,000.01 and above will be made via purchase orders with payment by electronic funds transfer.

Purchases in the amount of $10,000.00 and below will be made via a government purchase card. All quotes received by the submission deadline of June 6, 2024, 5:00 PM EST were considered. USP Canaan awarded quoted items to vendors that had a high past performance record, in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(4)(ii), regardless of the quotes with the lowest price as stated within the solicitation notice 15B21524Q00000016. Quotes from vendors without poor past performance represented the best value when compared to any lower priced quote(s).
