The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation 15B21125Q00000022, for the acquisition of food items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institution Otisville, Otisville, NY. The acquisition is set aside small business. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery REQUIRED during the month of October 2025 unless mentioned otherwise in the specification. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.
The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about 8/25/2025 and will be posted to the sam.gov website.
