The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Otisville, Otisville NY anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the cleaning, TV inspection (before and after) and pump replacement of Well #1. The successful contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, tools and materials to complete the project per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This project is an unrestricted procurement. It will be a best value award. Evaluation factors are price, past performance, experience, lead time, and technical.

Experience and past performance are the most important factors. The contractor must be registered with the New York State Department of Conservation to perform all the work contained in the SOW. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is February 26th, 2025 at 1:00pm. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered and active on the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov at time of this closing.
