The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Loretto, PA intends to issue solicitation 15B20824Q00000008, Kosher. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards.
The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 15, 2024, and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.SAM.gov.
