3rd Qtr FY 24 Food Bid - Weekly Produce

Evaluations will be based upon past performance, socio-economic status, overall price, delivery schedule, and freshness. Greater emphasis will be placed upon past performance delivery schedule, and freshness. In addition to your price, if your quantities such as case count differ from what is posted, please do the calculations to match what your price would be as if you were delivering what is posted also post your actual case count as well.

If the calculations are not done, your line item bid price will not be accepted. Please note all weekly produce will be awarded to a single vendor based upon past practice, overall pricing, and freshness. Orders will be placed by Food Service for only items that are needed weekly. Total quanity ordered may be different than stated on award, orders will be placed only as needed. If quality is not fresh, award will be terminated and given to next winning bidder. Bids can be accepted via email at woquinn@bop.gov
