FCC Hazelton is seeking 1 Forklift that includes all the specifications listed below. It will need to be delivered 60 days ARO. 3 wheeled 189" lift height side shifter adjustable fork width 36 volt 1100 AH 3500lb capacity The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue an order for the requirements of:

Forklift (Utility Truck & Tractors) under NAICS Code 333924. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date is estimated to be before October 1, 2024 (unless notated otherwise). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex-Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.

The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is July 29, 2024, at 12:00 pm EST. A signed Quote, including vendor information with a valid UEI that meets the small business standard for NAICS 333924, must be submitted to be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
