FY25 FCC BUTNER DIALYSIS WATER TESTING

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center(FMC) Butner, NC intends to award a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2), as there is only one source, to Eurofins Analytics LLC, 10329 Stony Run Lane, Ashland, Va 23005-8129. This award will be for the service agreement for Monthly water testing for dialysis.

To the best of our knowledge, this requirement can only be met through Eurofins Analytics LLC. This justification is not a request for competitive quotations as no solicitation document is available. Other vendors who believe they can meet the above requirements may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by the closing of this justification.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply services that will comply with the requirements in a satisfactory manner. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested firms must provide a Capability Statement with the following information: Company Name, Address, Point Of Contact, Telephone and Fax Number, Email Address, Business Size, and UEID.

If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement to Eurofins Analytics LLC. All vendors are hereby notified if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
