This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2025-04. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00025R00000019.

All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and shall reference the solicitation #15A00025R00000019. All questions shall be received by 3:00PM EST on July 1, 2025. Questions received after the stated time and date will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All Proposals shall be submitted via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov.
