NOTICE OF INTENT to Single Source HCAHPS and CG-CAHPS Surveys and data collection NOTICE ID # 1503487 The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate a single-source award with Press Ganey Associates located at 404 Columbia Pl, South Bend IN 46601, for HCAHPS and CG-CAHPS Surveys and data collection. The period of performance will be for one year beginning on 11/01/24 to 10/31/25.

NAICS 541910 – Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling with a small business set aside standard of $22.5 million applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.

Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 1:00 pm MDST on October 31, 2024. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
