Single Source the Requirement for a Parking Lot Space Rental

This Special Notice Serves as the SYNOPSYS and NOTICE OF INTENT to Single Source the Requirement for a Parking Lot Space Rental. NOTICE ID # 1500626 The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate a single-source award with The First United Methodist Church of Gallup, NM dba FUMC, 1800 Red Rock Dr. Gallup, New Mexico 87301 a parking lot rental agreement for approximately 160 parking spaces.

The period of performance will be for three months beginning on 10/01/24 to 12/31/24. NAICS 812930 with a small business set aside standard of $38.50 million applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.

Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 10:00 am MDT on August 27, 2024. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
