NOTICE OF INTENT to Single Source Software License Agreement for GIMC NOTICE ID # 1497915 The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate a single-source award with Medical Consultants Network dba MCN Healthcare located at 1777 S. Harrison ST STE 405, Denver, CO 80210. for an annual license agreement for the web based Policy Manager software with Policy Library and Stay Alert for over 500 users..

The period of performance will be for one year beginning on 8/20/24 to 8/19/25. NAICS 541519 with a small business set aside standard of $30.0 million applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.

Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 10:00 am MDT on August 8, 2024. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
