Seal Analytical Description: Seal AA500 system for NO2, NO3, NH4, Si, and PO4. Seal AA500 sampler and detectors for TKN and TDP. Supplies need to integrate legacy AA3 systems to AA500, allowing for cross comparison and seamless transitioning to a manufacturer supported instrument. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Compatibility to existing systems or equipment.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
