Requested Container, Salient Characteristics, and Period of Performance: Address for the intended shipping location is as follows:

75 Virginia Beach Drive. Miami FL 33149 Provide and deliver Container 1 for a 12 month lease. Requires the following salient characteristics:

Salient Characteristics (Container 1): Must Meet Relative Dimesionality of Approximately 8' x 10' Includes Electricity Includes ~20’ Cord to Reach Wall Electrical Box Includes Lighting Includes Air Conditioning Includes a Man-Door With Lock Must be Anchored for Hurricanes Provide and deliver Container 1 for a 12 month lease. Requires the following salient characteristics:

Salient Characteristics (Container 2): Must Meet Relative Dimensionality of Approximately 8' x 20' Weather-Resistant Includes Protected Padlock Must be Anchored for Hurricanes The option periods are designated as additional 12 month periods for each line item as detailed below:
