IMT BOR-DO PACS SERVICE AGREEMENT AND RE

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (RFO 12.202) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R4026Q0067 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Over hall Effective Apr 2026. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with an associated small business size standard of $25M. This requirement is being solicited as a Brand Name requirement under a total small business set a-side. This request for a service agreement to support the BOR-DO facilities with security system maintenance and management.
