This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy.

This is strictly market research, and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of contractors capable of removing and disposing of pigeon feces and remains as described in the attached DRAFT requirements document. The NAICS code is 562910, Remediation Services, Product Service Code F108 Environmental Systems Protection- Environmental Remediation. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS code is 25.0M.

Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to meet the needs of this requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement. The capability statement shall include the following:

1. Company name and point of contact information 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, etc) 4. Capability Statement that describes your company’s experience with this type of removal and disposal. This could include past performance information for similar jobs performed for either the public or private sector. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM ET, Monday May 20, 2024 and shall be submitted to Jeri (Lynn) Wahl via email at jwahl@usbr.gov.

All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests.
