Award - Replace Concrete Drive, Channel Islands NP

The National Park Service (NPS) at Channel Islands National Park (CHIS) has a requirement to demolish and replace the existing concrete over the parking lot at the park headquarters, as well as replace the handrail on the accessible ramp leading to the headquarters building, Ventura County, CA.

There is approximately 10,675 square feet of parking lot that will need to be replaced with 6-inch-thick hydraulic concrete pavement in accordance with the American Concrete Institute, and the pre-existing non-compliant handrail is approximately 120 linear feet, which will need to be replaced following Architectural Barriers Act standards.

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238990, with a corresponding size standard of $19.0 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years.
