Whitman Mission National Historic Site Purchase Tractor and Loader: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140P8325Q0054 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) constitutes the entire solicitation.

Proposals and price quotations with detailed breakdown are being requested. This acquisition will be conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. This is a small business set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333111, Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing, and the related small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The government anticipates award of one (1) lowest price technically acceptable, firm-fixed price contract.
