MORA-MNT- FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECT/TESTING

Request for Quote (RFQ140P8324Q00019). This RFQ replaces (140P8324Q0009). This RFQ is being issued to provide Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFE) Inspection, Testing and Disposal within Mount Rainier National Park. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 effective 02/23/2024. This RFQ is a total small business set-aside, NAICS 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing.

The small business size standard size of 750 in number of employees for the past three years. Any resulting purchase order will include commercial provisions and clauses (FAR Part 12). The Government intends to make a firm fixed-price, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), best value award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is found to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility, see Attachment 1: Forms to be Submitted with Quote. Also, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: www.SAM.gov The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs.

Quoters submitting quote shall guarantee their pricing for a period of 60 days from solicitation closing date. Prospective quoters must visit SAM.gov periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation/contract documents; no other notifications will be sent, nor will hard copies of the solicitation be mailed or issued.

All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however, quoters who have not established and/or maintained an active registration a www.sam.gov prior to the quote due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
