This is a sources sought announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No quotations are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.

The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of small businesses to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis.

The National Park Service has a requirement for the rental of travel trailers, awardee will need to coordinate with the current contractor to remove their travel trailers and replace with the new awardee’s trailers, while also moving the tenant(s) and their belongings out of the old trailers and then back into the new trailers. This should be done all in the same day; if it can’t be completed the same day the awardee will need to house the displaced tenants in a hotel until the new trailers are ready.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 532120 – Truck, Utility Trailer, and RV (Recreational Vehicle) Rental and Leasing. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $47.0 million in average annual receipts. Vendors responding to this sources sought notice should include the following information:

1. Company name, address, UEI number, point of contact, telephone number and email address.

2. Information about qualifications or a capabilities statement.

3. Provide the company's business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socio-economic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, ISBEE). Vendors should provide information regarding this announcement by emailed message to Michelle_A_Harrison@nps.gov no later than Friday, March 8, 2024 at 10:00 AM (PS).

4. Confirm the contractor is interested and capable of performing the requirement.
