SEPTIC TANK/VAULT TOILET PUMP OUTS FOR BIG CYPRESS

Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide for emergency and/or preschedule response to pump-out, transport, and dispose of wastewater/sludge Base year plus four (4) option years. All service must follow all local, state, and federal regulations.

Service provider is responsible for any spills associated with the pump-out and transportation of wastewater/sludge. Spills must be immediately reported to Everglades Dispatch. Service provider shall transport to and dispose of wastewater/sludge at the closest treatment center.
