REPLACE COKER HOUSE ROOF FY24 Vicksburg National Military Park. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement the Vicksburg National Military Park. It is the intent of this services contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to remove and replace existing wood shingle roof and/or roof accessories. Please see the Statement of Work for more details.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. **Recommended site visit is scheduled for July 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM CT.** Contracting Officer Representative: Neal Downey Project Manager Vicksburg National Military Park 601.618.4544 Christopher_downey@nps.gov Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.
