ACC THEATER WATER LEAK REPAIRS

ACC THEATER WATER LEAK REPAIRS FY24 Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve.

It is the intent of this services contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to remove existing sidewalk behind theater and install new French drain to prevent water from entering the theater area. In addition, portions of the carpet will be removed, and the concrete will be sealed and stained. Please see the Statement of Work for more details.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
