LIMING OF THE MEADOW RUN WATERSHED AT SHENANDOAH NATIONAL PARK IN VIRGINIA

The purpose of this amendment is to add contractor Q&A. See attached Q & A sheet. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed-price service contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P4225R0013. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. The acquisition is in support of Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115112; Soil Preparation, Planting, & Cultivating.

General Description of Requirement: The purpose of this contract is to apply limestone sand across the Meadow Run Watershed in Shenandoah National Park.

Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price.
