This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Mission Critical Law Enforcement Veterinarian Services for United States Park Police Horse Mounted Unit. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541940 - Veterinarian Services with a size standard of $10M. The U.S. Government desires to procure vendors who are able to provide all labor and resources necessary to perform Veterinarian Services in the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area on a small business set-aside basis.

Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two or more small businesses to not respond with information to support the set-aside.

We encourage all small businesses, in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Women Owned Small Business concerns), are encouraged to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Some of the duties include:

To perform veterinarian services to approximately 20 working law enforcement horses. Refer to the SOW for the full description of work. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price and will include four option years. Be advised current period of performance dates are estimates and are anticipated to move to the right. There will not be a site visit for this requirement. Questions will be accepted up to 5:00pm EST on 30 May 2025. Questions received after this date will not be addressed.

Answers will be posted as an amendment to this announcement. Quotes shall be returned electronically to michelle_shoshone@nps.gov as specified in this announcement. **Amendment 01** Amendment 01 provides questions and answers received during the open question period and updates attachment 1 SOW to clarify GPC surcharges.

Amendment 02 updates the pricing schedule to clarify medication dosing and extends the closing date. All other specific questions relating to care will be addressed with the awardee (i.e. hock injections and 6-way vaccines).
