The project is located at the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park in Woodstock, Vermont as shown on drawings and specifications. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes the following:

1. Remove and reconstruct pathway to the Mansion and Platt Garden including construction of granite paver walk to provide ramped access to Mansion, with associated grading and drainage as required.

2. Construct information Kiosk, consisting of a stone terrace, stone wall, support and lighting, with associated grading and utilities, at the main entrance to the park.

3. Construct a Shuttle Shed in the Maintenance area for storage of an EV Shuttle. This will include an underground electric service and associated sitework.
