PEFO Replacement of Lighting

Petrified Forest National Park (PEFO) requires the replacement of Lighting and Small Structures Refinishing at Holbrook Housing. See attached specifications for additional details The Contractor shall provide the labor, material, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary to make this project whole in accordance with the attached scope of work. AMENDMENT 0001 is issued to provide Government responses to questions received.

Magnitude of Construction: less than $25,000.00. If the submitted quote price is over $35,000.00, please note that FAR 52.228-13 will apply and a Payment Bond will be required. Site visit is scheduled for 9am Arizona time on June 11, 2026. Additional details on can be found in the attached. Question must be submitted electrically to lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov by June 15, 2026. A consolidated list of questions with Government responses will be posted as an amendment. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business. Follow all directions set forth in this solicitation to submit a quote.
