GRCA Hazardous Waste pick-up BPA

Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) requires recurring hazardous materials and universal waste collection, transportation, and disposal services. This includes compliant handling of waste oils, solvents, paints, aerosols, batteries, fluorescent lamps, mercury-containing devices, and electronic waste. The contractor will provide proper packaging, labeling, transportation, documentation, manifests, certificates of disposal, and annual reporting, all in accordance with RCRA, DOT, ADEQ, and NPS regulations.

The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates the award of two (2) Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for services. See attached specifications for details on this requirement. BPA will have a three (3) year ordering period with an anticipated Period of Performance from June 15, 2026 through June 14 2029. Actual Period of Performance will be determined at award. AMENDMENT 0001 issued for scheduled site visit on May 19, 2026 at 10am Arizona Time.

Follow all instructions to submit a quote by the date and time set forth in this solicitation.

All quotes must be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted electronically no later than May 26, 2026, by 12pm Mountain Time to lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov. A consolidated list of Government responses to questions received by the deadline will be posted via an amendment to this RFQ.
