CHIR REHAB HEADQUARTERS POOL - SAF

Chiricahua National Monument (CHIR) requires the repair work to address multiple deficiencies at the headquarters building pool and associated pumping and filtering equipment including the removal and replacement of existing pool plaster, waterline tiles, depth markers, step trim tiles, skimmers, main drain, underwater light, pool pump, backwash valve, chlorination system, and associated plumbing. AMENDMENT 0001 posted to provide Government responses to questions received. Site Visit scheduled for May 28th, 2025 at 11:00am Arizona Time.

A consolidated list of Government responses to questions received will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. IAW Contract Clause FAR 52.228-13, Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000.00 requires the submission of a Payment Bond.

Bonds are due within ten (10) days of receipt of award. Project is Subject to Availability of Funds (FAR 52.232-18, Subject to Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)). This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All quotes are to be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov by the date and time set forth in this solicitation.
