Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Liquid Natural Gas Fuel Supply THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The National Park Service (NPS) Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office (AZ MABO) hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) and the procedures at FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to:

Applied LNG Technologies LLC 5716 Corsa Ave STE 200 Westlake Village, CA 91362 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing. This sole source award falls under FAR 6.302-2, unusual and compelling urgency. This is a short-term contract being put in place to gain additional time required to complete the new base + four option years award. This contract is anticipated to have a period of performance of 3 months (03/01/2024- 05/31/2024).

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued.
