BOEM: Geoscience Subsurface Interpretation Software - Cloud (GSIS-C) IDIQ PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), has a requirement to procure a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) geoscience and geophysical software package which can be hosted in accordance with the DOI cloud mandate. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is 60 months / five (5) years from date of award. Please refer to the attached RFQ for a complete set of requirements. As of 27 February 2024, please reference the attached amendment documents.
