BLM WY RAWLINS WIND TURBINE MAINTENANCE

BLM-WY Rawlins Wind Turbine Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price contract with one base-year and four option year periods.

The Government reserves the right to not exercise and option period. This requirement is for required maintenance and annual maintenance of the Rawlins Northern Power System Wind Turbine to support the Rawlins Field Office in Wyoming. See the Attachments for the Statement of Work. Period of Performance.

Base Year: 01 Sep 2024 - 31 Aug 2025 Basic Contracting Requirements:

1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov.

2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.

3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30-day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay invoices.

4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 333611 7. Evaluation Criteria provided in FAR clause 52.212-2.

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:

1. Filled in and signed SF1449 (first pages of solicitation).

2. Bid schedule with prices for the base year plus four option periods.

3. Technical response detailing your experience and capabilities - See FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors in solicitation for full explanation.

4. Email all items to the POC below no later than the required response date.
