SGFO - Desert Tortoise Fence Supplies

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. Solicitation number 140L5724Q0040 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 332999 with a size standard of 750 Employees. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Cedar City Field Office is soliciting a requirement for fencing materials.

This RFQ will be solicited in accordance with FAR 11.104 Use of Brand Name or Equal for CLINS 024 and 025. A. Easy-Fence Steel Panel H-Brace B. Easy Fence Angle B Brace A general description of all salient physical, functional and performance characteristics of the brand name item have been provided in the attachments that an "equal" item must meet to be acceptable for award.

Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
