The project will consist of removal of 2,549 feet of an existing 4-wire fence and then reconstruction within the same footprint a wood post and three rail lodge pole fence.

Project 3 Delivery Address: BLM-UT PRICE FIELD OFFICE - 125 S 600 W - PRICE, UT 84501 Magnitude of Construction: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.

Estimated Period of Performance: 45 Contract Days after NTP. Work can be performed after award (once wildlife/cultural clearances are completed) thru 09/30/2024. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)

Small Business Size Standard: $19.0M Solicitation Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business - Only companies that qualify as a small business under the applicable size standard will be considered. A tiered evaluation preference will be used to first evaluate proposals from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE); if no award can be made to an ISBEE, proposals from small disadvantage business (SDB) will be reviewed; if no award can be made to an SDB, all remaining proposals will be reviewed.
