IRA Hydraulic Power Pack, Post Driver and Accessor

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. Solicitation number 140L5724Q0021 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 333996 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Salt Lake Field Office is soliciting a requirement for a Hydraulic Power Pack, Post Driver and Accessories. This RFQ will be solicited in accordance with FAR 11.104 Use of Brand Name or Equal.

Chuck Adapters A general description of all salient physical, functional and performance characteristics of the brand name item have been provided in the attachments that an "equal" item must meet to be acceptable for award. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.

The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, EPLS, and more. There is NO fee to register for this site.

BASIS FOR AWARD: This will be a Small Business set-aside Award. This will be awarded a under Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract structed with a Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) selection process. Specifications, Clauses and Provisions attached to solicitation. Any questions received after this date are not guaranteed to be addressed. Responses to questions received prior to the deadline will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation.
