AMARILLO JANITORIAL CONTRACT

AMENDMENT A00001:
The following are questions and answers between the government and industry:

Q1: The Statement of Work doesn't list restroom cleaning anywhere in the task schedule, daily, weekly, or otherwise. Can you confirm whether restrooms are part of this contract's scope or if building management handles them separately?
A1: handled separately , restrooms are external and shared by other tenants and covered by building owner

Q2: Our quote is due September 25, so I would appreciate an opportunity to walk the facility as soon as your schedule permits.

Q3: 1. Is all janitorial work to be performed at 801 S. Fillmore in Amarillo, or are there additional work locations, including any outside the Amarillo area or in Colorado? If travel is required, to which sites, how often, and for what purpose?
2. What are the required cleaning areas, approximate square footage, tasks, service frequency, work hours, and anticipated start date and period of performance?
3. Are there any mandatory site visits, and if so, how can a local prospective contractor arrange one before the quotation deadline?
4. Are there specific insurance, equipment, staffing, or previous-contract experience requirements beyond those described in the solicitation? Is an active SAM.gov registration required at quotation submission or at award?
5. Would you please confirm where we can access the complete Performance Work Statement, solicitation, wage determination, and any amendments? If there is a designated format or price schedule, please identify it.
A3: The Amarillo address is the only service address for this requirement. Unfortunately the travel language may be a copy/paste error. There is no mandatory site visit, but if one is desired, then please contact zratliffe@blm.gov
(806) 356-1033. Tasks and facility data are included in the attachment. All proposals will be evaluated only by those criteria provided in the solicitation. SAM registration is required to be valid at the time of quotation submission and the time of award.

RFQ:
The Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico State Office requests quotation for work performed under the attached Statement of Work. The resultant order will be for a firm-fixed-price type. This RFQ is issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Delivery is FOB Destination pursuant to FAR 52.247-34.
The Contractor will be required to travel to support this requirement.
Although the government does not currently anticipate a need for discussions, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.

7. Government Past Performance Systems including SAM.gov and CPARS.gov will be evaluated to support the determination of responsibility required per FAR 9.104-1.

Instructions to Offerors:
1. Provide in your quotation in two parts: PART I (Non-price factors) PART II (Pricing Proposal). All proposals documents shall be provided in pdf format. No other formatting limitations exist.
2. Send quotation to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the suspense date. Late quotes will not be considered.
3. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov within seven calendar days of the issuance of the original solicitation. Any questions will be responded to via RFQ amendment to the vendor pool.
4. Quotes shall be valid for not less than 120 days.
5. Although the government does not currently anticipate a need for discussions, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
