TOTAL Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 541720 - Size Std: $28M 8. Service Contract Act Wages - Mesa County, CO 9. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price- no changes in price 10. CRUP - Must be able to quickly obtain a Cultural Resource Use Permit for the Tres Rios Field Office.

11. Award Basis: Price and Other Factors - Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable and with satisfactory past performance on projects of similar size and scope. Technical and Past Performance when combined approximately equal to Price. Award may not be the lowest price.
