BLM-CO LO7 KIDS OHV TRAIL This amendment is to extend the response date to 08/25/2025 and to add the evaluation criteria. Technical capability and past performance are more important than price. No other changes were made. This is a solicitation announcement to construct safe and traversable Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) trails for children and beginners within the Bureau of Land Management LO7 Open OHV Area Rio Blanco County, CO. LO7 Open OHV Area is located 4 miles South of Meeker Colorado.

Socio-economic Categories: While this procurement remains a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside, the BLM highly encourages and welcomes quotes from all sub-categories of small business such as Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, HUBZone, 8a, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises. 1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The objective of this project is to construct safe and traversable Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) trails for children and beginners within the LO7 Open OHV Area.

The design will incorporate various features, including basic riding techniques such as starting, stopping, and steering, along with obstacle navigation that includes small hills, rocks, and ramps. The course will progressively increase in difficulty to build confidence and competencies in young riders, as well as provide opportunities for practicing uphill and downhill maneuvers. 1.2 LOCATION LO7 Open OHV Area is located 4 miles South of Meeker Colorado.

The Lat/Long of LO7 Open OHV Area is located at: 39°58'25.28"N -107°55'35.61"W The start of the -Kids Corner- trail is located at: 39°58'22.90"N, -107°55'28.37"W. The start of the -Beginner Plus- trail is located at: 39°58'23.62"N, -107°55'35.87"W. 1.3 WORK SCHEDULE Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday.

Period of Performance: 10/01/2025-11/03/2025. Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $25,000 and $100,000.
