This will be a base + 4 year option year option contract PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 09/01/2025-08/31/2030 This is an RFQ for supply and maintenance of mining software in accordance with ATTACHMENT 1- SOW SLVFO ZAPATA FALLS TOILET PUMPING & PORTABLE TOILETS and the Contract Line Items.

8. Basis of Award: Price and Other Factors. The other factors are technical and past performance. Among offers determined to be technically acceptable and with satisfactory past performance on projects of similar size and scope, the deciding factor will be low price.
