DODGE RAM 2500 ENGINE REPLACEMENT Description: DODGE RAM 2500 ENGINE REPLACEMENT The Royal Gorge Field Office seeks a contractor for a non-personal, non-severable, commercial firm-fixed-price contract for a single engine replacement of a 2018 Dodge Ram 2500. The Colorado State Office will post a solicitation in the coming days to solicit for offers to perform the work that conforms with OEM specification and quality standards.

Instruction to Offerors:

1. Quotation must include towing from 718 s 8th St, Canon City, Co to the maintenance facility, then upon completion to the Royal Gorge Field Office at 3028 E Main St, Canon City, CO 81212.

2. Quotations must include a minimum of a 7,200 hour, 2-year or 24,000 mile warranty (whichever is the lesser), including labor and parts related to the engine and all other associated hardware thereby changed.

3. Quotation must account for: a new air intake manifold, oil cooler, oil pickup, water pump, drive belt, thermostat, sparkplugs, oil filter, air filter, 7 Liters of engine oil, and new 6.4L V8 GAS Engine.

4. Work must include all measures required to protect the engines warranty.

5. All work must account for costs related to the effects of engine replacement on maintaining full operability of the air conditioning system.
