This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations 2025-05. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 115310 for Support Activities for Forestry-Fuels Management Services. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $34 Million.
