This is a Sole Source Award Notice in accordance with FAR 13.1061(b)(1) Simplified Acquisitions. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), El Centro Field Office, (ECFO) has awarded a purchase order on a sole source basis the complete tear down and maintenance of two rescue sand rails during the Summer of 2024 to the FUN CO-MOTORSPORTS, INC, SAM UEI: N36CJJAS67R6, (Funco).

The contract will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Due to the proprietary nature of the parts and software in the vehicles Fun CO / Motorsports, Inc is the only source able to provide these Parts/services. The firm fixed purchase order is awarded for $24,434.90.
