GAOA OROVADA FIRE STATION AND CREW QUARTERS, NV

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement which consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct a fire station and crew quarter and provide site improvements.

1. This project will construct an 8,621 GSF fire station consisting of an engine bay and supporting administrative area to include all infrastructure upgrades necessary to support the new facility. Construction will be slab-on-grade with insulated metal panels on CMU walls in the engine bay portion of the facility and timber construction with glulam beams in the administrative portion of the facility. The roof shall be standing seam metal in both areas.

2. The project should also construct an approximately 3,683 GSF crew quarters consisting of a living/dining area, kitchen, laundry, mudroom, storage, bathrooms, and 10 bedrooms, including 1 ABA compliant bedroom and bathroom. Construction will be slab-on-grade with timber construction and shall include patios on both the front and back of the quarters.

3. Site improvements will include new concrete access drives, gravel parking and drive areas, storm drainage infrastructure, perimeter fencing, privacy fencing, entrance gate, ABA path, and all necessary infrastructure required to support the new facilities.
