ONYX RANCH SVRA PROJECT

Request for Quote: Advanced Statistical Modeling and Assistance for Onyx Ranch State Vehicle Recreation Area (SVRA) per the attached Statement of Work.

The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. No additional questions may be allowed. Due date remains the same, 09/17/2026 1500 PST.

Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0218.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on the tradeoff method.

Place of Performance: Vendor's facility.

Period of Performance are estimates only: 10/01/2026 to 02/28/2027.

4. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts
