Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

Period of Performance are estimates only and are subject to change: June 4, 2026 to June 28, 2026.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a tradeoff method.

2. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work. Examples are work plan, resumes, etc
3. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts
4. Firm, fixed price quote
