CFX OPUS 96 REAL-TIME PCR SYSTEM Request for Quote: Bio-rad CFX Opus 96 Real-Time PCR System per the attached Technical Specifications. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0101. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through RFO FAR Part 12, Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026.

Items offered must meet or exceed the technical specifications. Interested parties shall submit sufficient documentation and explain how offerings meet, exceed, or differ from each Salient Characteristic for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient for evaluation. An addendum may be included with submittal. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.

FOB destination requested. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable method.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt.
