Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Trimble R780 RTK GPS System in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date until 08/13/2024 1500PST and revise the Technical Specifications. The quote must include Trimble R780 GPS System with internal radio, battery, components, accessories, software, maintenance, and training. No additional questions may be accepted. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0202. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated 05/22/2024. Trimble Brand Name ONLY. No set-aside used.

Delivery Address: USGS Geology, Minerals, Energy and Geophysics Science Center, 345 Middlefield Road MS 973, Menlo Park CA 94025. Delivery by: 10/31/2024 or earlier. FOB destination requested.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.
