Staining of Cedar Siding, Beams, and Trim on IDWSC Buildings #1 & #3 The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions, provide additional photos of the buildings and extend quote due date until 07/16/2024 1500PST. No additional questions will be allowed. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. Request for Quote NAICS code: 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, associated size standard of $19.0 million. Set aside for Small Businesses.

The disclosure of the magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The USGS intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) and 36 (Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts). The Construction Wage Requirements Statute (prevailing wage, formerly Davis-Bacon Act) will apply. Firm, Fixed price quotes will be evaluated by Trade-off method.

Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from further consideration. Potential Offeror must be registered in SAM.gov at time of quote/proposal submission.
